Current Rates for WPNR

Membership is not required for Whispering Pines though it does have advantages. Members and Supporting members (e.g. members of AANR, The Naturist Society, and FCN) receive discounted pricing.There is a $10 overnight guest fee for anyone who stays with a friend in their camper, tent, or Park Model overnight.

A-Frame Cabin

Furnished A-Frame Cabin that accommodates 2 people. There is a minimum stay of 2 night (non-holiday) or 3 night (holiday) weekends. The unit is furnished with a A/C, WiFi, Color TV, mini-Refrigerator, Coffee Pot, Queen bed, and sun deck. Bed linens, personal towels and face cloths are provided. The Camp Bath House is a short walk away. Pets are not permitted in rental units.

Per night: $115.00 + tax + grounds fee for non WP members.

Park Model Rental

Fully furnished Park Model RV's that accommodate 2-6 persons. There is a minimum 2 night stay or 3 night stay on holiday weekends. Each unit has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, two bedrooms, shower and sun deck. All bedrooms contain a double bed and the living room sofa doubles as a pull-out bed that sleeps 2. Bed linens, kitchen textiles, personal towels and face cloths are provided. Pets are not permitted in rental units.

Per night: $100.00 + tax + grounds fee for non WP members.

RV/Camper Hookups

RV/Camper spots have either 30 amp or 50 amp electrical service. Some sites are water/electric only while others are full-service (water/electric/sewage).

30 Amp/Full-Service site: $30.00 per night.

50 amp/Full-Service site: $35.00 per night.

A centrally located bath house contains showers/Lavatory/sinks.

Tent Camping

Tent sites are all on a first come first service basis, no reservation is required but recommended during peak season.

Campsite no electricity: $20/night

Campsite w/15 amp electric: $22/night

Campsite w/30 amp electric: $25/night

There is also a centrally located bath house that contains showers/Lavatory/sinks.

Other Fees

Daily Ground fees are paid by everyone who is not a WPNR member.

AANR Member/non-affiliated

Single Females $25/$25

Single Males $40/$50

Student/Military $25/$25

Whispering Pines annual membership is $650 (first year) plus AANR dues. After the first year, dues becomes $600 (couples) or $500 (singles). AANR membership is required for WPNR membership and membership for couples is $103; AANR singles membership is $54.
